This was an extremely high-profile project for the local area, with very high liquidated damage premiums which made on time completion essential. M&S provided construction management and construction inspection services and was responsible for inspection of the tunnel for structural concrete. While the scope of work changed several times due to unforeseen conditions, the deadline for the project remained the same.
