An initial cost estimate based on the selected conceptual design

External circulation pedestrian pathways
Site circulation and site access from roadway network
Pedestrian alert and warning system for high volume pedestrian areas
Exterior ADA elements, sidewalks, and public areas
Flood resiliency improvements related to NJ PACT (regulatory reforms in response to climate change and anticipated sea level rise and chronic flooding)
