M&S was formed in 1998 by four transportation engineers who desired to raise the level of quality and personal attention offered to their clients. They opened an office in Flemington, NJ and embarked on their mission. They quickly built a substantial client base and in 2003, the survey division was added, followed soon after by the structural and construction inspection divisions in 2004, and the utilities division in 2005. Today, M&S continues to grow and prosper with a staff of talented and experienced individuals, providing quality engineering, construction inspection, environmental, and surveying services throughout the tri-state area. We are certified as an Emerging Small Business Enterprise (ESBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.
